Tell me honestly about the strong points and weak points of your boss
There are many strong points and it is difficult to choose a few but I have learnt time management, discipline from my boss. “A coin has both sides” in the same way everyone has weak points also but I can not say weak points because I feel I’m not the right person to reveal.
There are many strong points in my boss and it is difficult to choose a few, but the most things which I have observed and learnt from him are that he is an excellent motivator, too energetic, be punctual, open minded and smart hard worker. Coming to the weak points, as human beings, everyone has weak points but I think I am not the right person to judge him.
It’s a very good question and anyway as a human being, they are having both negative and positive sides. I have a good rapport with my boss and I have learned and copied lot of thing from him to implements in various situations. Surely, he also had some negatives are there but it is very less in my point of view and I am not concentrating it.
My last TL was very organized and punctual about everything and he makes sure that we behave in the same manner and the second thing is he actually cares about the team members he literally goes and fights with his manager for our leaves and extra. I didn’t see any weak point but about the management, I really do not like the cab facility of my last company we have to wait at least 40 to 55 minutes after our shift ends.
I have observed and learnt from him are that he is an excellent motivator, too energetic, be punctual, open-minded and smart hard worker. He never asked anyone why he or she is getting leave, he always asks when you require a leave. In negative point, I am not the right person to find out the negative point of my manager.
Lots of strong things in my boss, adding few here punctual, good team management and motivate his team members.
Coming to his weak points as a human being everyone has some weak points but I don’t think I am the right person to judge him, though I have been never ever noticed his negative points.
My boss is so intelligent and innovative flexible at work and he handles everything the way its supposed to be handled where by he can even consult from us how to do some other things at a smaller extent in that we be apart of the system of deciding.
Negative ; he does not listen to someone who is explaining to him with a loud tone and he is short destructed.
Positive : He is a leader not a boss.
Negative: He will neve listen to others, when he is panic.
He is very good manager self-motivated team work friendly nature he will leave team freely to do work comfort. Negative he will believe in all things.
Sir.
He is self motivated, respect for the emotions for an employee, helpful and as he the boss so some what attitude should be there.
Strong point is team work sir, weak points is the incorporating work we should corporate in company so we able to show our achievement for the world or for the country.
Strong points:-
He should very punctual and time maintained man.
He should give encouragement to the team he had.
He/she should have commitment and consideration and some knowledge.
Weak points:-
A person should not posses the workers regarding the matters.
A boss should take the responsibility of the workers.
Sir,
There are so many strong points and it’s difficult to choose a few but good time management, discipline, frankly etc “a coin has both sides” in the same way everyone has weak points also but I can’t say weak points because I am not the right person to comments his weak points.
My boss strong points is punctual, discipline and about weak points is as a employee I don’t know about the my boss situation because as a manager my boss has to struggle very much for work and team members, I am not a right person to judge my boss my seeing his activities.
Strong point: Good time management, good listener, and wickedness: repeating one thing so often which is annoying.
According to me no one is perfect every human being has strong as well as weak points.
Because of weak points only our good points can be recognized. So my boss is leading a team of talented people, he is expert in handling pressure in tricky situations, energetic and he always took part in extracurricular activities with his team either organizing team fun or holidays outside town. I never noticed, his weak points. He is very helpful in every step of work whenever any one needed.
There are many strong points in my boss and it’s difficult to choose a few, But the most things which I have observed or learnt from him is that he is an excellent motivator, too energetic, be punctual, open minded and smart hard worker.
Coming to his weak points as a human being everyone has some weak points But I think I’m not the right person to judge him, though I have been never ever noticed his negative sides.
About the strong point of my superior he is a down to earth person, kind, highly knowledgeable, and always willing to help at times of need. And about the weak point he always ask us to tell these lies to everyone when ever needed.
